Can't login – define('WP_ALLOW_REPAIR', true);

I am very new to this so excuse me ahead of time if something don’t make complete sense or I don’t use the correct terminology. So I was in admin panel of word press then went to “settings” and in the bar where it says in indicate your sites url in pasted a code by accident and save not it logged me out completely and I can’t go in to fix the error i made. Unsure of what steps to take for this since it won’t let me access admin panel or site at all. Any help in this will be very much appreciated.
