Can't Login Due to Error Messages

I upgraded the About Author and Askimet plug-ins while I still hadn’t upgraded to 3.0.1.

Now when I try to login to my blog, the following error messages come up:

I’ve now FTP’s the new version of Word Press to my blog, but I’m still unable to login. I’ve create an emtpy plug-ins folder in place of my old plugs in s folder & that doesn’t help.

Any ideas?
