Cant login: ERROR: Please solve Captcha correctly!

Note: Using V3

Can you change captcha version to “V2 i’m not robot” checkbox captcha and see if it is working? Make sure to use site key and secret key of your selected captcha. Also make sure to add your domain in google captcha admin page.

According to google, v3 require live traffic of your website. So in initial stage it may not be accurate. Please go to Settings > Advanced noCaptcha & invisible captcha > Score and set to 0.1 or less in initial stage. Then after 2-3 days when you have sufficient traffic you can go to https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin and see average score of your users and increase score in plugin settings page accordingly.

try browser which you use most of the time (not in incognito/private)

If still not working, you can activate any other plugin and see if that working.

Which plugin you are using for captcha? I do not see this plugin installed in your website.
Also you are using S2Member plugin for your login/register form, but this plugin is not yet tested comparability with that plugin.

I am having the same issue. I cannot even logon to my backend to correct anything as it will not let me loggon. I do solve the captcha correctly because I get the green checkmark. But it refuses to let me through. Any ideas?

nevermind I found how to disable. Strange because I actually moved the folder first and just got a blank page. Anyhow I’ll work it out.

I’m having the same problem. V2 recaptcha.

Admin login and register work without issue, but when a registered user tries to login, they get this error.

Solved…

If the “Failed login Captcha” is set to 0 (zero), then the error will happen. If it is set to 1 or above, then it works fine.
