can’t login I have the right credentials

    Hi, I dont know why but I can’t login to my site even when I have the right credentials, I tried to reset the password via MySQL db but is not possible either, I created a new username and password but still not getting it, it always says that is the incorrect username and password… believe me, I type the right ones. ??

    Any suggestions?
