Can't login into site, login redirected to mojo market place

I’m trying to get into a relatively new site that I’m working on…I haven’t yet published the site. I installed a plugin for registering users called “theme my login”, however I can no longer access the wp-admin login in page. It redirects me to Mojo marketplace. How do I get in?
