Can't login to admin dashboard?

    So, I have a client that has a website with WP v3.5.2. The last time I made her updates, I was able to login. Unfortunately, I am unable to login to the admin dashboard.

    What can I do? As I have reset the password by accessing the PHP panel.

    FIRST check for theme and plugin problems
    use FTP to access theme and plugin files
    change to default theme and deactivate plugins

    if that does not help, you MIGHT need to reinstall some WordPress files

    @contentiskey I will definitely try this.

    Do you think the site has been compromised due to it not having the current WP core software installed?

    since I have no way to see the website, I am unable to comment on site being compromised.
    try this sitecheck: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/ to see if there are any warnings.
