Cant login to admin | widgets.php on line 1045 | pluggable.php on line 850

Hi there !

I read, and i searched, everywhere but i couldn’t find a solution for this problem.

I wanted to add some html in a text widget after i got the error message ..
No i cant login to wp admin, on the user u can see the blog working but with an error code on the top ..

and on the admin panel there is just a white page with
