Can't Login to Domain

  • I usually login through here

    But I can’t seem to get into the login page. wp-admin don’t seem to work either. Help please.

    What do you do if this shows up?

    Hey Zhafiraiha,

    This is likely a conflict with a plugin or your theme.

    Did it just start happening recently? If you remember which plugins you installed before it started happening then start with deactivating those and trying to access the login page again. Otherwise, deactivate all your plugins then re-test it.

    If it’s still not working without any plugins active then try swapping to the default 2015 WP theme to see if it’s a theme issue.

    Once you have it narrowed down then it will be a lot easier to resolve the issue ??

    @tyler How do I deactivate them if I can’t get into my dashboard?

    Hey zhafiraiha,

    Through FTP or your cPanel file manager. Re-name the plugins folder that is located /wp-content/plugins

    ie. rename it to plugins-deactivated

    That will automatically soft deactivate all of your plugins then you can try logging in. If you can, then re-create the “plugins” folder and drag each plugin back into it until the issue comes back – then you know which plugins is causing the issue ??
