It seems you are using a premium theme, it would be better to contact your theme developer.

I’m not sure I understand?

I’ve just taken a look at the debugger now but don’t know how I’m supposed to use that?

Also who would be my theme developer? And what would they be able to do? Is the website even loading for you? as I get an error when opening the website meaning I don’t even get the option to log in :/

You need to edit wp-config.php file and add define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
most probably its already there but set to false, of so just need to edit like to true.

and check if you see any specific errors

Can’t login to our account. Keep getting an error page displayed when loading the web address.

Errors when logging in are usually account specific and can be handled by your Host. Definitely follow the above information provided by @safeerz so that you can have a specific error or cause when reporting it, and your Host should be able to resolve it.
