can’t login to my admin…please help

  • hi everyone, please help me. I’ve been trying to do something and I’ve just messed everything up even more…

    My blog is https://www.gain-serious-muscle.com/blog. As you can see it there, it is fine. However, when I go to gain-serious-muscle.com/blog/wp-admin it goes to a weird page, not a normal wp-admin page. I did something in my smartftp client. I realized that so I uploaded the backup and that didn’t help, because it didn’t even change anything back in my ftp. I might have deleted my wp-admin by accident, because when I checkout my css and images folders they’re blank…

    As you can see, I am a complete mess and a newb. Please please please help me out someway somehow. Thank you.
