Can't login to my wordpress account

By authentication code do you mean something more than the normal login password?

If so, you may need to manually disable the plugin that is responsible for asking for it. You can use FTP or your hosting control panel to do that by renaming the plugin folder.

I tried that but I can’t find the authentication plugin under wp_content from my cpanel

What plugins do you have installed?

If you can’t identify which one it is, just disable all of them.
