Can’t login to my wordpress after updating my php because of outdated plugins

    I recently tried to update my PHP and now I can’t login to my WordPress. I know now that its because 2 of the plugins are not updated and causing the problem but I can’t fix anything because I can’t log into it. The 2 plugins causing the problem are Royal slider and Disqus Comment system, which anyone can see because it says so at the top of my page https://www.timsnidermusic.com.

    I’m not a computer person so I could really use some help ??
