Cant login to PHP admin

  • Greetings All,

    Can someone please help me with this issue. I am a novice when it comes to website development and had a falling out with my developer. He has since not given me access to my account and when I try to login to the admin section I see an error. I have contacted him repeatedly with no success. Can someone let me know how to bypass this error or if I am doing something incorrectly?

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
