Can't login to WordPress at all

I’m not too experienced with WordPress. Was trying to make our site run faster with tips from GTMetrix. Downloaded W3 total cache and instantly WordPress began acting funny. I wasn’t able to go to any plugin settings, or deactivate W3 Total Cache. Every time I clicked something, it would ask me to either reinstall W3 Total Cache (which it wouldn’t let me do) or delete one of my files (name of which I do not remember). I finally refreshed my webpage and now I cannot get in at all. It is just a blank white page. Please help ??
