Can’t Login to www.ads-software.com

  • OKAY! I am having major issues with WordPress. ANY info would be greatly appreciated!

    Backstory. I had someone create my website in 2018 and I haven’t touched anything since. Now I want to do more blogging and change things up. Im running into a lot of issues.

    First and foremost I cannot log into www.ads-software.com. It says my email doesn’t recognize my email. The past two years I have been blogging and logging in from a saved link /wp-admin/

    The email I use to log into that link is [ deleted ]. If I try to use that email on www.ads-software.com it says it doesn’t exist. I am using the random account I created to post this question because I CANT log in!

    I found this issue because I wanted to connect my social media accounts to jetpack so when I blog I can autopost them to my social media accounts. However when I click the button to do so it wants me to log into a WordPress.COM account.

    I have spent DAYS trying to figure this out and no success. I know Im completely ignorant to how to do anything. Im desperate for help!

  • Hi.
    If you can see the database, you can check user_email set to your account in wp_users table.
    Pls check server panel for the database.

    The account used to login to your website is not the same as the account used here in these forums.

    That’s why I dislike calling self-installed hosted WordPress ‘WordPress dot org’. It adds to the confusion in some ways.
