• My client cannot access her WordPress WP-admin account.
    Her website is: https://www.emanisalon.com/
The website itself was working properly before but we were hoping to redesign few elements and we needed to login to the admin dashboard online. We tried the original password that we had but it didn’t work. We changed the password and tried using it and it did not work as well. The site crashed afterwards. Everytime we try to log in, there is an error saying that either username or password is wrong

    The main page shows “í=iwóè2?á?ù??\l_′ù??8ü?ro??á?€?#Km[‰,i$9?ò?_Uuk?’?!??óK?TUW/μtuk??Té….”

What might be the issue here?
How can we solve that problem?

Thank you for your time and effort.

Try reviewing this WP codex: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Login_Trouble

If that does not help, try:
    – Please check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.
    – If you cannot find error logs or if you don’t find any helpful info in the error logs, try Enabling debugging

try disabling all plugin by renaming plugins to something like plugins123 via ftp or cpanel. Try login after that.

    Hey amaniagory,
The issue may be caused because of caching. Try disabling W3 Total Cache plugin. Disable it manually by renaming the folder using FTP if you don’t have access to the wp-admin dashboard.

If the site works fine after disabling this plugin then the issue may be you have setup static home page for your site. When you set a static homepage, you will need to disable the caching of homepage from W3 Total Cache settings.
