Cant login to wp-admin any more!

    getting this instead of login;
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /web1/user48268/website/wp-content/themes/digest/functions.php:16) in /web1/user48268/website/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 896

    have disabled all plugins but can still not get to the login screen. any ideas?

    line 15 had a close php and 16 opened it up again.. deleted both, not sure how they got there
