Can't login to wp-admin error 404 wp-login.php not found on server

    I set up a simple 2 page site for my client but the URL kept adding /wp to the end of the domain name. I changed the URL under general settings and removed the /wp and now I can’t get into my wp-admin and the css is all over the place.

    The site is challengeyou.ca/wp/

    Any ideas how I can get into my admin? I’m not very familiar with FTP or the File Manager.
