Can’t Login With Social Login Extension

i’m setting up social login for my client and he won’t give me access to UM account dashboard so i’m unable to open a ticket so that’s why i’m creating this topic.

our website gets error ‘Your social account is not yet linked to the site. Please login below with your username and password or?click here?to register with your social account.‘ when i try to login with Google using Social Login extension.

please contact me i really need some help i’m wondering if i can get verified as legit user by providing license key or any other method that can prove i’m legit.
