After looking at this, and seeing quite a few issues with the Theme My Login plugin, I have disabled TML and it works fine. So there is obviously a major conflict between PMP and TML plugins-because TML modifies the whole WP login process, it must share some PHP coding hooks with PMP.
Anyone else having problems with logging in please take note-check if you have the Theme My login installed-the two just don’t get along ??

If by chance this is read by any staff of PMP you might want to check that the paid version does not have a similar issue, this is potentially a great plugin and I appreciate your work-just these plugin conflicts plague WP users ??

    Hey there,

Actually PMPro and TML should work fine together by default. It’s possible that this was caused by one of TML’s custom modules enabled – possibly redirection. Try playing with the TML settings if you still want both of them activated and see if the issue persists.

    Thanks,
    Jess

I am having a log in error also. However, mine is slightly different but to be safe I figured I would post here in hopes of getting help. ??

When I log in I use the premade wp-login.php and wp-loging.php?Register page to register new users. Once I log in though it takes me the wp-admin/profile page instead of to an account page or the PMPro profile page. Is it supposed to do this? If not how do I correct? The other issue I am having is that after I have logged out it appears like the session isn’t destroyed, cleared or actually ended because I can go back and see a page as if I am still logged in. Again, is this supposed to happen?

I really like this plug in from the little exposure I have had but these little hick ups are baffling me.

The only updates to WP’s login process that PMPro does is to redirect wp-login.php?action=register to the levels pages. Other than that, we try to detect if Theme My Login is being used and redirect /register/ to the levels page as well.

RE where users go after logging in, this is controlled by your theme or Theme My Login or some other plugin on your site. If you are using Theme My Login, you can activate teh “redirection” module to choose where Subscribers go after logging in.

I will snag Theme My Login and see if that improves things then.
    Thank you again.
