Can't login-wp-admin page redirects to install wordpress page

I had to reinstall worpress (fresh install) and responsive theme from backup via ftp file manager. now i can’t get to wp-admin login screen when I try i get welcome to wordpress install page but it is already installed on server??? i am new and desperate, i have a presentation coming up. Any help is appreciated very much!!!
