can't login wp-admin, Unauthorized Access

  • Now everytime i try to log in wp-admin, its prompt me a login window (Authentication Required), which i cant use any of my wordpress password or my server password.

    I have tried to edit the .htaccess file, adding password protect on wp-admin folder, but no luck at all.

  • That’s normally a login that’s set up by your hosting company. A lot of companies have implemented that after a lot of brute-force hacking attempts to try and block non-authorised users from being able to access the wp-login.php file. You should aks your hosting company and see if this is what they’ve done.

    Is there any solution yet for this issue? I am having the same error and can’t seem to be log in into my wp-admin for some time now.
