Cant login…Login to WP from FTP?

    Hello
    i cant login to one of a WP install I have on my site (because of an old redirect script (cancelled) which still redirects me to another WP with different login/pass and content of course)
    this site was a test but its doing well on search engines and therefore would like to edit it to put accurate info on it.

    Can I login from elsewhere that wp-login.php?
    like on filezilla?

    i cannot remove this redirect i tried but its hopeless
