Cant make a trigger

Thank you for writing to us.

I believe you need the Advanced Targeting Conditions extension plugin and use the targeting settings – Referrer URL Contains with a trigger Time Delay/Auto Open.

That way, when a user visits the exact URL/link, the popup will display.

I think the Advanced Targeting Conditions (ATC) Query Argument Is setting will work better.

That’s because document.referrer is only set if you come from another page using a browser. And document.referrer is the URL of the page that you were on before you get to your site.
