Can't Make Changes

Please help. I have a dozen sites using this theme and can’t make changes on any of them.
This just started with this round of updates.
The changes enter in the customizer, show in the preview, and there is no error message on saved. Saved is dimmed.
When I close the customizer, the site has not changed.
