Before you installed Gutenverse, do you have any changes saved to your templates?
If there are changes to the templates, it will load the the changes instead of the Gutenverse template.
Try backup your changes first : https://prnt.sc/W123kSPh8gMn
Then try to reset the templates : https://prnt.sc/zjT4IHKAYStn

If Gutenverse plugin active, it will load the gutenverse template, otherwise it will load default zeever template.

Could you provide some info so we could investigate the export issue :

1. Do you install/activate Gutenberg plugin? If yes, which version is it? and if you deactivated it, does the issue still persist?
2. Is there other plugin activated alongside Gutenverse? If yes, please try deactivate it one by one and see if one of it caused a conflict. And please let us know if there is a plugin that conflicted with ours.
3. If possible try to replicate the issue again, then check your php error log and please send recent error messages that occurred. If you don’t know how to access the php error log, you can ask your server admin to access it.

Hi, i’ve changed the Theme to Instrace to prove if i can arrange it but i still have the same problem.
I don’t know how to adapt the cover to mobile, when i change it in “view” section, it changes in desktop too.
Also can’t change the font.
I’m sure i’m doing something wrong but don’t understand what.

I’m representative of the team and will try to answer your question.

I have checked your site thedialfactory.com.
It seems that you already have changes saved before you install the Gutenverse plugin.
What does this mean? This mean your themes is using the default templates which built using blocks provided by WordPress which at the moment of this reply doesn’t have option to do responsive styling.
If you want to add responsive styles on different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile), unfortunately you need to clear the saved changes. (Remember to backup the changes first).

Our template mechanism at the moment is like this :
1. If you use our theme without Gutenverse plugin, it will load the default templates which built only using WordPress core blocks.
2. If you use our theme with Gutenverse plugin, it will load the advance Gutenverse template. BUT the advanced template will not be loaded if you have any changes previously, rather it will load the saved changes.

You can ask your server admin or hosting provider for php error log.
Try to replicate the error before you ask, so that the error issue will be logged recently and send only those recent errors.
You could also try asking them why zip export not supported, just in case if this is issue from the server.

Hi. I asked My programmer and he Made the backup. I cleared the changes un the theme but now they didnt restored. He Made it but they doesnt stayed. Theres another way to restore the Home page?

Have you tried installing the theme backup again?

Our template mechanism is like this :
1. If you use our theme without activating Gutenverse plugin, it will load the default templates which built only using WordPress core blocks.
2. If you use our theme with Gutenverse plugin, it will load the advance Gutenverse template.

Our themes will load different templates version if Gutenverse is activated.

Since previously you edited the template before activating Gutenverse, it uses the default template as base, not the advance template.

After you exported it, it will be saved as html template in the exported theme file.
If you installed the theme backup again, you can test and try activate/deactivate Gutenverse.
If you deactivate Gutenverse, it should load your previous template.

At the moment if you want to use the advance responsive home template, you need to edit the new home page template.

I’m activated Gutenverse but i don’t see changes. Maybe that’s because i had already installed the theme and i had to do activate before as you explained.
I would like to change to another font but don’t see options to do it, only lato and heebo but when i chose one nothing happens.
My main concern is i cant addapt the cover to mobile.
If you can help me with that i would be gratefull.`

Default template at the moment only has few selection of fonts and has limited responsiveness.

To get more options for fonts and other advanced settings, you want to use our Gutenverse blocks.
Here is how to easily differentiate between core blocks and Gutenverse blocks.
Core blocks have default standard icons with black color.

If you use our Gutenverse blocks and see the typography option, you will see many choices for fonts and also responsive options.

In your reply you mentioned you use cover block and having issue to adapt it into mobile, that is because cover block is not gutenverse blocks hence have lesser option for responsiveness.

Since you already built your layout using core blocks, if you want to start using gutenverse blocks without resetting your layout, you can click on “Gutenverse Library” on top left of the editor and choose the layout there.
