Can't make new groups

    Sounds like your database tables may not be generated on the new site or weren’t migrated from the old properly.

    1. You may need to deactivate the plugin
    2. Use a tool like phpMyAdmin or the Adminer plugin to access the wp_options table and search for prli_db_version and delete that row
    3. Then re-activate the plugin and the tables should be re-generated
