    Hi. I’m sorry you’re having trouble. Have you activated the plugin in WooCommerce?

    Thanks for your response!

    I’ve activated the plugin in WordPress, which I assume will then also activate it in WooCommerce. Is that what you mean?

    I’ve also activated the payment type ‘Credit Card’ (which is Swedbank Pay) under the tab ‘Payments’ in the WooCommerce settings. Within that payment method I’ve enabled the plugin under ‘Enable/Disable’.

    As you can see on the screenshot I shared with you previously, the payment method does show up at checkout. It’s just the payment card details fields that don’t appear.

    So I believe it’s activated everywhere and that that’s not the issue?

    Any other ideas? Let me know if there’s anything you need.

    Hey Skafte,

    What happens when you confirm the order? In the normal situation you will be redirected to Swedbank Pays payment page where there is a form to complete the payment with the customers card details.

    Aha! I didn’t get that and was expecting to put in payment details directly on the site. Many thanks for your help!
