Can’t make blocks go full width

Hello. Any idea why full width blocks can’t go beyond the main container?

I’ve tried with the Hero Block and Row Block of CoBlocks, and also with the standard Gutenberg Image block. All stay contained within the same boundaries as the rest of the content.
