    Hi there, I’ve used your awesome plugin before! seriously.. I’ve replaced all my nextgen galleries on my other pages with the built-in gallery and YOUR plugin.

    But on this site https://www.zeninlondon.org/gallery/ I can’t get it to work.

    I’ve checked the header and footer files, and they’ve both got the appropriate <?php wp_head(); ?> and <?php wp_footer(); ?> mentions in it.

    Actually.. with or without your gallery plugin, the gallery is not picking up any styles.

    I added:

    figure.gallery-item{display:inline;}
    .gallery-item img{border: 5px solid #ddd !important; margin:3px;}

    So that every image wouldn’t be on it’s own line.

    When I look at the code, it seems that it’s using <figure> and <figcaption> instead of <dl> and <dt> – like my galleries on my other websites.

    I wonder if this could be why the plugin and indeed the whole built-in gallery feature isn’t actually working for me.

    I’m using a premium theme called “nexus” which is old and no longer supported by the company I bought it from (indeed, it stopped being supported and was taken off of themeforest about a day after I bought it ?? )

    I’ve re-installed wordpress4.0.1 to make sure it wasn’t that.

    Can someone/anyone help me ?

    Thank you in advance!

    Well.. I’ve solved this problem. by not using this plugin or the built-in-gallery.

    FooGallery is so easy to use.. so very very easy.. not at all like next gen.. and it works even though the built-in-gallery isn’t working on my site

    thanks

    hi,
    I am alos having the same problem.
    I tried using Envira, Nextgen, Carousel without jetback.
    Nothing works. Slider is not coming up.
    My wordpress version is 4.1.8. Is it because of this?
