Can’t make woocommerce work

What you could do is install WooCommerce and Name Your Price extension and create a product where your customers can input any amount they want.

One Page Checkout extension will allow your customers to check out on the same page.

For payment gateways, all methods you mentioned are available as core options (https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/sell-products/core-payment-options/).
