    Hello –

I am testing out MailPoet and building a campaign, however, while editing the HTML of some text I placed in a column, I tried adding my own custom CSS to style a bulleted list and find it being canceled out by dynamically placed CSS on the same element.

Trying to adjust the margin on the <ul>.

    How can I resolve this?

    Thanks

    Hi @viablethought

    How can I resolve this?

I’m afraid it’s not possible to use custom HTML or CSS in our newsletter editor, so it’s expected that these changes won’t be applied to your newsletter’s content.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

So you can’t create custom email templates, not even with the “paid” version?

    Thanks

    Hi @viablethought

    That’s correct!

We are studying whether or not this will be introduced in future releases, but for now, this is not possible by default.

However, it might be possible with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.

Thanks for the quick responses, however I think we’ll just stick with Campaign Monitor for now until the feature becomes available in MailPoet.

    Happy Holidays!
