There is a compatibility issue with the Avada theme. The dropdowns that allow me to set menu permissions are not working. I can work around this by switching to a default theme to set user permissions, but since Avada is one of the more common WP premium themes out there, you might want to look into this.

Apologies for the delayed response here, and thank you for reporting this.

The theme most likely overrides the menu options UI, and in doing so, removes the option that Restrict User Access adds (and any other plugin).

There is a fix for this, but it will have to be included in the theme. I will try to reach out to the developers, since this will affect any plugin that adds menu options.
