can’t manage posts

I just finished transfering a blog from Typepad to WordPress. I thought it was a success. Everything seemed to be working fine. All of the posts were displaying fine online except when I go into Manage > Posts. Nothing is there. It just reads “No Posts Found”. It says that there are 149 posts next to ‘Published’ but when I click on ‘Published’ it reads “No Posts Found”. Any ideas? Thanks!
