I am creating a feed for Skroutz and I need to add an extra product code to some products. I have created a custom field and populated it with the code.
I then tried to map this fields to the relative field in the “Field mapping” option but it does not show on the drop down.

I thought that there might be some problem with my field and created a new field using the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. But once again, when I tried to map the field in the field mapping the field is not showing in the dropdown.

*The strange thing is that I still see some custom fields previously created with the ACF plugin. But I do not see this one. The field is a simple text field and I am trying to map it to the EAN field.

I know that the field is there and populated properly because I used an plugin to export the data from my site and I see it there and populated.
Also I see it on the database.

What am I missing?

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin. Adding fields values from attributes created by ACF should work fine.

We have created this field using ACF:

Are you sure you used the correct attribute for mapping?

I see two field names that are identical. One starts with an uppercase and the other one does not. Did you try both?

Did you try what we suggested in our last reply?

I see two field names that are identical. One starts with an uppercase and the other one does not. Did you try both?

With regards to your third ACF field. Can you share screenshots of the exact configuration of “Extra code Skroutz” so we can try to replicate it at our end?

The two fields (each one appears twice, with lower and upper case) I do not have any problem with them. The problem is with my third field.

Thanks for this. I created the exact same ACF field on our test website, see:

I filled that extra field on a product edit page (did you do so?):

After which is shows up in the field mapping just fine, see:

Well as shown we cannot reproduce the issue at hand at our side, it works flawlessly. On what version of the plugin are you?

Just updated to 11.1.4., still no luck.

I could share login credentials if there is a safe way to do.
Maybe by mail?

It is against WordPress forum guidelines to offer someone your credentials so no thats not an option. Unfortunately we are a bit out of options as shown in the test we did all should work fine.

I disabled all plugins.
I installed storefront theme.
I changed name to the custom field.
It still did not show the field in the field mapping.

Then I created a new ACF field and populated it and only after that the field appear in the field mapping page and I managed to map it.

The same error is happening on all my sites.
And I in every case I have to disable everything, install storefront theme, delete custom fields and then enable everything from the begging and only then the new fields show in the field mapping.

Sounds like some sort of potential caching issue?
