Can’t add/remove widgets in Sidebars

  • When I attempt to go into ‘widgets’ to add/remove plugins from the sidebars on my blog I am missing the “save change” button and therefore am not able to save my changes. What could be the problem here.

    Did you set the permissions for that page? If not, need to change them so the “Save Change” button shows up.

    I had the same problem. It was due to some plug-ins. The one in particular was the pt-slideshow (a) plug-in. Upon further investigation, it turns out it was all the plug-ins I downloaded that started with “pt-“…in order to fix it, I had to download the ‘widgets-reset’ plug-in from https://justintadlock.com/

    …it wipes out all yoru plug ins and brings your save buttons back
