Can't modify homepage meta-description

Hi, I’m a newbie in the world of SEO and WordPress in général so forgive my ignorance.
I’m working on my new freelance website : nokte.fr and I’ve installed WordPress SEO. I thought everything was working (I’ve got all the back office pages) but when checking google I’ve noticed the meta description of my homepage is not the one I’ve wrote on my SEO page settings.
This is my parameter for the “Portfolio Page” which is the static page chosen to the homepage :

Do you know where is the problem ? How can I solve it ?
