Can’t modify plugins settings and scripts

  • Whenever i m trying to modify the template script or trying to remove plugin, I am getting the message “Are you sure you want to do this, Please Try Again”…..After the occurence of this problem, I had upgraded to 2.9.2, but the problem is still there….can anybody solve it out

  • You may be running into a “permissions” problem, where wordpress cannot write to the server files you are requesting. Be default, I believe the Folders are set to 755 and the files are set to 644. Try check out what your file permissions are.

    the permissions of files are all set to 644 except the config.php file, the permissions to that file are 640. Folders are set to 755

    the problem is solved, it was the google analytics for wordpress plugin….removed it
