Can't Move items to Or empty Trash

  • When i try to empty the trash or move products to the trash it just redirects me to my website at the following link

    wp-admin/edit.phps=&post_status=trash&post_type=product&_wpnonce=126a68e8e2&_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fedit.php%3Fpost_status%3Dtrash%26post_type%3Dproduct&action=delete&m=0&product_cat=&product_type=&seo_filter=&paged=1&post%5B%5D=30129

    Any idea what is causing this problem? It has always worked before

    Also been getting this message:

    Rename wp-content/plugins/wp-custom-admin-bar to wp-content/plugins/wp-custom-admin-bar-old

    You hit delete permanently and you get redirected?

    Please post your site’s url.

    Not sure how to rename a plugin I am pretty notice at this

    sites url is antiqueadvertising.com

    You use ftp or the file manager provided by your host.

    ok i will contact my host as i am not familiar with using ftp at this point, thank you
