Can't move menu position to Admin bar

    Hi,
    When I try to change the settings to change the menu Position from the Side Menu to the Admin Bar I get this error when I click Save Settings: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”.
    I have Admin access and I can change other settings without a problem – just not this one.
    Can you assist?
