Can’t Navigate to Specific Link?

    Since upgrading to to WP Touch 4.3.13.1 and WordPress 4.7.3, we’ve noticed on one of our sites that attempting to click on a specific link in the hamburger menu redirects to the mobile landing page. In fact, manually inputting that URL seems to redirect to the mobile landing page as well – there are no such problems on the desktop version of the site.

    Any ideas on how to begin troubleshooting this?

    What is the link leading to? Is it to a custom post type by any chance? If possible, please share the URL of the website in question and let us know what menu item it is. We’ll gladly take a closer look for you.

    Hello!

    On https://dadlaw.net/, “Attorneys” links to https://dadlaw.net/products/attorneys/ just fine on the desktop version of the site, but on the mobile version it redirects to the mobile landing / redirect page, https://dadlaw.net/the-firm/ .

    Hi,

    Thank you for the information. The issue you are seeing is because the attorney pages are custom post types in WordPress. WPtouch does support custom post types but only in its Pro version.

    In WPtouch Pro, the settings to activate custom post support and individual custom post types is in Settings > Site Compatibility > Custom Post Support.
