    Hey,

I have made a test form in the old google forms.

Every thing look great at my own website, but I cant not click any answer or submit. It is like your plug in get all the right data, but it is not posible to answer.

Do you have any idea of the problem

It looks like you have set the form to be read-only. When setting a form as read-only, all input elements are disabled resulting in the behavior you are seeing.

Hey Mike, thanks for the answer.
Under add collaborators I have set the ‘Who have access’ to: Public on the web – Anyone on the Internet can find and edit.
I can’t find other places to change/find the read-only setting. Do you have any idea, what it could be?

Hmm … I don’t see my most recent response to this, maybe I never submitted it …

When defining your form within WordPress there is an option to set the form to “read-only”. It is one of the radio buttons on the right hand column of the form definition screen. If that isn’t on then I have no idea what would set the fields to be disabled.
