Cant open accordion on coursepage faq

    Hi, im using your plugin with divi as theme. Actually i have the problem, that the accordions of the faqs in the course is clickable but they doesn`t open. When I click on an accordion the view always jump to the head of the page. What can I do? Regards, Daniel

    Please make sure that Masterstudy plugins are up to date, in this changelog you can check the latest plugin versions – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/changelog. Also, please try to change the course style in MS LMS settings -> Course -> Course page style

    Thanks For your answer.

    The latest versions of the LMS are installed.

    When I change the coursestyle to standard, the accordions works. With modern and classic style the accordions do not open. When i click on them, the web page always jumps to the top.

    Is there anything else I can do to make it work?

    We tested this case on our testing environment using the latest plugin version by using Default (Screenshot), Modern (Screenshot), and Classic (Screenshot) course page styles, however, did not detect the same issue.

    Please try to deactivate your third-party plugins which may cause this issue. Also, for testing purposes, you can try to install the Masterstudy LMS plugin on your local site and try to use different course page styles
