cant open installation page @ https://wordpress/ ?

I have updated wp-config.php with the database name I created in MySQL, the database user name and password, and left the database hostname as localhost. All settings confirmed using the status command in MySQL.

WordPress was installed into a folder under the root of apache,

i had just done everything …as guided by this website ” https://www.if-not-true-then-false.com/2010/install-wordpress-on-fedora-centos-red-hat-rhel/ ” but still i cant view my wordpress by https://wordpress/
when i load the https://wordpress/ the fedora test page for apache appears…
i had checked wheather wp is there is the root directory or not but the wp is also perfectly putted in root directory of apache

and when ever i tried to view https://wordpress/wp-admin/install.php
it says error “The requested URL /wp-admin/install.php was not found on this server.”
