Hey guys,

got a problem in my WooCommerce. I can’t access the order page anymore, main page, statistics, customer page, etc. everything works well. The only thing that won’t open is the order page, that’s why I can’t edit, change or cancel any orders anymore right now. I tried it on both Chrome and Safari, both don’t work.

Cleared browser history, cache, cookies, everything. Still doesn’t work. ??

Plugins: WPBakery Page Builder, WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache; Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce; WPBakery Page Builder; and a few more.

Hi @fishbone121,

Sorry to hear that! If I understand correctly you can’t access the Orders page in the backend from WooCommerce > Orders, right?

Do you see any errors in the console tab in the developer tools? To access these tools right-click on the page or press F12 on the keyboard and select “Inspect” (this option will show up on most browsers). In the developer tools that will pop up you should see a “Console” tab. From there, please send us a screenshot of what’s being displayed using a tool like snipboard.io.

Can you also try running a conflict testing as described on our support documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

Hey Mirko,

thank you for the quick reply. Correct, the problem is in the backend. When I hit WooCommerce > Orders, I end up on: https://fullsend.de/404 aka our Error Page.

Delevoper tool doesn’t show an Error, it only says after like 2 seconds:
“The resource https://fullsend.de/wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/fonts/revicons/revicons.woff?5510888 was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window’s load event. Please make sure it wasn’t preloaded for nothing.”

I will try the conflict testing tomorrow!

Same Problem!

After updating to Woocommerce 6.0.0 i can’t access the shop order page anymore.
Nothing changed, just updated Woo.

Please help, we got pending orders !!!!!!
