Cant open to customize

    Im having problem to open the admin page to customize. When i key in the url usually it will appear login username and password, but it appear blank page, please help

  • Hello ,

    Have you recently update WordPress version or any plugins ? Or did you do any modification in the files ?

    Could you please check the same by disabling the each plugin one by one ? If its not help try to activate a default theme and check again ?

    (Please do a back up of both files and database before proceed.)

    I installed theme after that I’m unable to login to customize. What should i do? Please help

    So the issue because of the theme. So better to contact the theme support team.
    Before that please check whether any plugin conflict with the theme by disabling each plugin one by one.
