Can’t open wordpress admin dashboard

    Hi There,

    An hour ago, I ‘ve installed google site kit on my website. Suddenly the wordpress admin dashboard crashed.

    It shows only a blank page. I’ve to deleted plugin folder on ftp to solve.

    Can you please share your Site Health information and provide a screenshot of any console errors you see on the Site Kit dashboard? You can share your Site Health information privately if preferred.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

    I don’t have any error message because after I ativate Google Site Kit, screen stay white. Without any icons wordpress dashboard or error message. I try to refresh page or open again admin dashboard and nothing.

    Just when I delete plugin folder with ftp access I could access again admin dashboard.

    Thanks for the screenshot of the Site Health, but can you copy the site info into clipboard and share it here or privately?

    Can you try and attempt plugin setup from a Chrome browser incognito window and inform me if you’re able to proceed?

    If the issue persists could you temporarily deactivate other plugins following the steps below?

    From a Chrome browser incognito window login to your site
    Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    Attempt to view the Site Kit dashboard once more
    You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

    I’ve open my website admin wordpress dashboard in a Chrome browser incognito. Install the google site kit plugin. After I activate, BUMM! Again, all the screen white. Without access to wordpress admin dashboard.

    I’m going to delete plugin via FTP.

    After I will install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

    No. It still crash when I ativate google site kit plugin.

    Some plugin not work with GSK plugin.

    @pedro-alfarroba Thanks for checking. I noticed in your Site Health you have Elementor: version: 3.0.0 which other users reported conflicts with Site Kit. Could you update to the most recent version of Elementor and let us know if the issue persists?
