    Sorry you’ve had some trouble with US options. Let’s see how we can get that sorted!

    Could I ask for you to provide a screenshot of the shipping settings at:

    yoursite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product&page=marketpress&tab=shipping

    That’ll help us to try and replicate and see what we can find.

    For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive, Dropbox, screencast.com or other image service. ??

    Thanks for posting on the forums.

    I selected the United States in the form displayed on this page https://www.bigaristote.com/shop/shopping-cart/shipping/ but the page doesn’t reload.

    Are you referring any other form?

    Also i didn’t find any screenshot on the URL that you have shared.

    Please advise.

    When you are on the shipping page (on Front Office) and you click on the button “Etape suivante”, the paiment page is on screen? Because for me, the shipping page is reload.
    Maybe it’s because I’m in France with a French IP.
    But one of my client who is in Denver can’t go further the shipping page.
