I’m using NextGen Gallery version 2.2.14, NextGEN Pro version 2.5.7, Photocrati Pro version 5.0.2.

I have at least one gallery using NextGEN Basic Thumbnails, but no matter what I do I can’t override the number of thumbnails on the page.

In the ‘Gallery Settings’ page I’ve set images to ‘0’, then tried setting them to, say, 30, but no change. There are always 20 to a page.

    Help gratefully appreciated! ??

Okay, I’m going to answer myself and say that after a long time trying (probably an hour or so) I’ve suddenly found the answer.

I tried using two Pro types of gallery and it made no difference, although one of those galleries did show 30 images on the page instead of 20 (leaving one on the next page).

I then reverted back to the Basic thumbnails and suddenly all images showed up on one page. It seems you may have to try using other galleries and then go back to the Basic thumbnails to get them to show up.
