Can't Pay for Upgrade – Security Issue in E-commerce

I’ve been trying to get a response on this through your site, but with no luck. I’d love to buy the upgrade so my client can use 2 factor authentication, but Visa/my bank blocks you site based on your e-commerce site putting through a 1c test purchase.

Is there any way you can update your e-commerce system so that it is seen as secure and trustworthy by the banks. Alternatively, paypal or Amazon would be even better!
